How long is a typical session? 1 hour, first session is 2 hours.

What should I wear or bring? Light comfortable clothing. Shorts and top. Wear loose clothing so that the knees, elbows, abdomen, and back are accessible.

Is acupuncture painful? No, you may feel a healing zing sometimes. Relax and take a nap if possible.

Can I eat or drink before a session? Yes. Stay hydrated before the treatment. No alcohol is best.

Are packages refundable or transferable? Packages are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot use your sessions, you may transfer your package to a friend or family member, maintaining the same premium experience.

Can sessions be rescheduled? Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Our goal is to provide flexibility while keeping a smooth, luxury experience for all members.
